Bring your craft to the room
We're always looking for people who know how to hold a gathering well. If you have a practice you love and a steady, generous way of sharing it, we'd like to hear from you.
There's no single background that works here
Our facilitators have come from yoga studios, art programs, therapy practices, kitchens, and classrooms. What they share has less to do with a resume and more to do with how they show up.
A real practice
You've spent time with your craft, whether that's cacao ceremony, sound, movement, writing, or something else. You don't need a following. You need depth.
A steady presence
The best facilitators aren't performing. They're paying attention, reading the room, adjusting pace, and leaving quiet space for people to actually show up.
Respect for the group
Our gatherings are small, usually under thirty people. We look for facilitators who treat that kind of trust with care, not as a captive audience.
Flexibility with format
Some sessions are a single afternoon. Others return monthly. Tell us what fits your life and we'll figure out the shape that works for both of us.
Tell us about what you'd bring
Take your time with this. We read every response ourselves, and short, honest answers tell us more than polished ones.
